This was asked before, but was given no answer. This happens to me all the time, almost makes it not worth having the phone.
"Check call Restrictions-34"
What does that mean? There can't be THAT many places where I am not getting reception.

We've been asking for years, apparently; let me add my own voice to the rising chorus . . . I need a qwerty keyboard and don't want to lose the time I've paid for to jump to one of your sister company's phone. When?!

TRACFONE said...

Linda: No plans, but thanks for the suggestion!

Tracfone would be way cooler if they created a qwerty full keyboard phone.

Please please please make plans to get qwerty keyboard phones in the future! My young kids don't want their tracfones anymore because they want a qwerty keyboard. You are going to start losing market share if you don't get the qwerty keyboard phones. It doesn't make sense to lose these kids from your market and send them to your sister companies unless you are trying to go out of business. Which I hope you don't!
Thanks!

Please get a qwerty keyboard. As the above poster said, you will lose market share. It is time to upgrade our kids' phones and they really want to text more easily, especially to their dad. He and they have been looking at qwerty keyboard phones from another prepaid company. Help?

Yes, please offer a phone with a qwerty keyboard.
