I'd like to ask you a question, and I'll hope that you'll be able to answer it. We're going to buy a Tracfone, and we're only going to be using it for a week and then we'll deactivate it. We're not going to be buying any minute cards for it, and we'll be just using the 20 starter minutes that it comes with. How much airtime will we have with these minutes? Will our phone still be active the week we'll be using our phone? Thanks so much,

Hi thisisfake: You'll have 20 minutes of airtime and you will, indeed, have service for that week (and more... as long as you have minutes), so no worries! Enjoy!

i have some problem..last Saturday i added airtime but it still 0 minute..now it's on Monday morning..i have tried for many time both via cell phone and via website..what can i do with this problem

It's all well and good to tell people to call customer service, but I've been on hold for over 20 minutes and am giving up...thank god it's a land line!!!!

Amazing how you can charge my credit card within seconds but I can't get the airtime credited to my phone or my service plan updated for since May.
