I have to say I spent an hour on the phone with tech support this morning, and I'm not pleased with the whole experience. Apparently I'm being sent a new phone that I was not aware of (??). I just want to return this phone. I'm well within my 30 days, just got it this week. No signal here. I emailed separately to ask for return instructions, but was only advised that a new phone sent. I'm very frustrated. Is there a magic place I need to look to get help to return this phone? I have a return slip in my package, but do I need an RA #? Can someone help? I do not want to call back after today. Thanks in advance!
