Best customer service my ass. I have been a loyal tracfone customer for 2 and a half years and today was the first time I needed customer assistance. Your damn company charged my debt card THREE TIMES, the transactions are stuck as pending and have been for THREE DAYS NOW. I have had no help in getting this problem solved. I promise you that you won't see another blood soaked penny from me any longer, I'm just going to go buy a real phone. And try to put someone in your call centers that don't have such a thick Indian accent that I have to dissect every word I hear just to understand it. Good day and screw you.
